Wow, I'm alive...

Ok, so, it's been a while, and I stopped knitting for a little while, but I am back! I am almost finished a green scarf for my now ex boyfriend. I started it a while back, but I moved and got new jobby goodness so I'm finally settling back down. Should i still give it to him? He probably doesn't want it anymore... oh well. Oh and I'm doing school online. Going for the bachelor's. We'll see how that pans out. I really want to do the Boobholder from Glampyre. I started it a loooong time ago and I have no idea where I stopped and where the pattern is, so I have to reprint the pattern and get some new yarn, and start again. I'm going to do different colors this time around. Before I did it much like the one that was done, with purples. I want to use greens. Hell, if I like it, I'll make one in each color :)

I also have a working digital camera this time around so there will (thank the goddess) be pictures!!!

Pilates

My scarves are doing well. Taking pictures. I don't know what I mentioned in my last post and I don't feel like looking it up so I'll say what I'm making. I'm doing my long skinny black scarf, that one I did mention. I started a long skinny purple scarf, with sparkles, and a white with pink sparkles one. The pink is for my mom. I'm not a pink person. Only if there a little guess. This has to be quick because pilates is calling my name.

Ok, sooo....

I guess I didn't warn that I can go a long time without posting. Well, I did have a little knitting hiatus, but I've picked up the needles again. I never finished the minisweater (Boobholder), it's still only about 1/8 of the way finished. I've started one of those skinny yet really long and you can wear in doors and it still looks good kind of scarves. I've started knitting for fall. Kind of sad. I love spring and summer so much. Since I've graduated high school though, I've discovered a new love for fall. Especially with Samhain on the way! I need to find a pattern for an intarsia pentagram. Anyone know of any?

This is good because since I last posted, my digital camera broke but I got a new little and awesome one for my birthday, plus a card reader and a lovely photobucket account, so I'm set for posting pictures on here. We'll see how long I keep track of this. If I do.

Need a USB

I really need to find the USB for my digital camera. I've actually been taking pictures of my projects. Well, one of them. I'm about to take more though. I've been working on my scarves for the family, I haven't had a chance to continue with my minisweater / boobholder. I think I'll work on it tonight. All the increases scare me. So many! I made an account on photobucket.com now I just need my USB. I think that my journal will just continue to suck without pictures (everyone else has pictures). I know all MY favorite knit blogs have pictures, I need freaking pictures. So hopefully that will be soon. Like this week.

First one!

A little on me first, my name is Leah, I live in Pa, I'm 21, I'm an aesthetician, I'm studying opera, and I'm really into herbalism and natural cures! Yay! I may ramble about things other than knitting, so deal with it. I have another blog I keep up with fairly well. I haven't decided if I'll reveal what my name is on it yet. It's livejournal though. Thats all you get for now. I'm such a tease.

Ok, so even though I already have like 500,000 blogs, I need 500,001. This shall be my knitting blog. You be nice to her, she'll be nice back. I'm hoping to get the whole picture thing down soon so I can put some in here every once in a while, so you know I'm not some lying freak and that I really am knitting stuff. I'm still a bit of a beginner, but I'm doing something intermediate right now. I'm doing the Minisweater (a.k.a. Boobholder). It's very freaking cute so I need to make it. I didn't plan on getting $18 yarn for it (oops) but it was calling my name... and I still need to get another skien for it. It'll be a hot minisweater, assuming I don't mess it up. I'm also making my mom a lovely little pink scarf, which will be one of her christmas presents. I think I'll make her two scarves. I would do something better, but I'm making a lot of x-mas presents this year so I can save money (kind of- yarn can get expensive). So I guess I'll try out photobucket or something of the sort and try to get some pics up here sometime soon.
